R. Srinivasan is a mentor and coach who has trained over 100 ‘C suite level’ executives and has handheld over 500 young leaders to find their true potential. After setting up Widia (India) Ltd. and was its Managing Director, Srinivasan has been an advisor and has mentored over 25 organizations to help them define their vision and plan viable strategies for sustained progress. He continues to be on the Board of Sundaram Fasteners Ltd., Ace Designers Ltd., and TTK Prestige Ltd. as an Independent Director.
Raghavan Mukund is the Founder Director of Sabre Skilling Private Limited that has trained over 60,000 people across India, China, Japan, Europe, S. E. Asia, Australia and the Middle East, and deals with conducting various management, sales and customer service interventions. He has worked with over 85 brands including Titan, Samsonite, Jockey, Shell, Honeywell, and Saint Gobain. Experienced immensely in sales, marketing, product management and business management functions in MNCs such as Widia (India) and Saint Gobain for over 18 years, Above and Beyond is Mukund’s second writing venture after his debut release, DON’T SELL. Shrihari Udupa, who started his career in Widia India and a accomplished HR professional, is currently associated with a not for profit institution, ATREE. He co-founded Agora Analytics, prior to which he was Head HR, at Wartsila India, Oracle India, PwC India and the Adani Group. Mr Udupa has done substantial original work in people engagement and development, mergers and acquisition, culture building etc. He has addressed seminars on Leadership & Management, written papers in academic journals, contributed a couple of chapters to a book on Performance Management and a case study in a book on Coaching.
